Squat 3 x 5 @ 122.5

Last 2 reps felt heavy.
Arms good. No wrist pain.

Bench 5 x 3 @ 70

Slight ache after warmups.
Got worse after set 4.
last set not as bad but still noticeable.

Deadlift 2 x 3 @ 130

First set felt good and solid.
Last set was slow and hard!

Jumping Chin Ups 5 x 3 @ BW

All good. Descent feeling slower.

Summary

Pretty good all round.
Arm soreness on bench dissipated around 30 minutes after the session.
