No issues here.
Arms feeling ok.
Squat 3 x 5 @ 100
All felt ok to me .
Arm soreness after set 2.
Concentrating on keeping the heels down.
Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 130
Lower back ache after warming up.
Last rep was a killer.
Overhead Tricep Extension 4 x 12 @ 15
Felt ok. Last few reps harder.
Summary
Pretty good today.
A little arm ache after squats but that soon dissapeared.
