Bench 5 x 3 @ 79
Set 1 off balance.
Set 2 better. More stable.
Set 3 bombed the descent on rep 1 but 2 and 3 ok.
Last 2 sets felt pretty good.
Squat 1 x 5 @ 127.5
Top set rocked forwards on a couple of reps.
Feeling heavy on the shoulders.
Back sets felt pretty good. Toes on rep2 but the rest felt ok.
Summary
Generally ok today.
Still a little sore in the glutes/hips.
