Everything feeling heavy this morning.
S1R2 rocked forwards and couldn’t recover it.
S2R3 ran out of grind.
Back off sets didn’t feel that good either.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 137

Resting 3 minutes.
Feeling heavy here too.
Last rep of set 2 was a killer.

Summary

Everything heavy and slow today.
Deadlifts feeling better than squats.
