Sumo Deadlift 1×1 @ 140

Warmups ok. Headache making it difficult to concentrate.
Not noticing any hip issue until last warmup set.
Top set lockout didn’t feel as good as it could have been. Grips Wass on the edge of failing. Should have gone with straps.
Back sets feeling ok with straps.
A little tight on the right side. Feeling both the same spot as before and along the hip flexors today.
Nothing near as bad as last week though.
Didn’t feel close to requested RPE on these.

Squat 10×2 @ 105

Warmups ok. Hips feeling fine.
No problems here.

Power Clean 5×3 @ 40

Dunno again here!
Hips feeling fine.
Reps all felt slow and forced.
Got a bunch of angles recorded.

Summary

Woke up with annoying cluster headache this morning for no good reason at all!
Sumo felt ok. Not sure I prefer it over conventional deadlifts.
Squats not too bad overall.
Still not got a clue about power cleans!
