Back sets no problem.

Resting 2 minutes.
Failed on rep 3 of the top set. Think the bar went forwards.
All other sets felt fine.

Push Jerk 10×3 EMOM @ 40

Felt just as disgusting as last week here!
A little sore in the lower back about half way through.

All good today.
Possible tech slip up on press.

Top set felt good.
Back sets feeling tough. Maybe not a full pause on a couple of reps.

Deadlift 10×1 @ 122.5

Resting 30 seconds.
All moved ok.

Summary

A little low back soreness during deadlifts but not so bad today.

No problems.

Resting 2 minutes.
Set 1 rep 5 felt a pain in the left wrist. Think it may have taken the weight at an on angle.
Setup for set 2 but the wrist issue persisted so left the rest.

All good this morning until Push Press.

Top Set felt good and smooth. Maybe an RPE 8.
Back sets all good…. Almost easy.
Hips feeling fine.

Squat 10×2 @ 110

Resting 30 seconds.
All good here.

Quick one this morning.
No problems overall.

Top set felt super solid.
S3 on both back sets loose at the bottom.

Strict Press 1×3 @ 56 (descending)

Resting 2 minutes.
Top Set Rep 3 leaned back a bit to get to lock out.
All other sets felt pretty good.

Push Jerk 10×3 @ 40 EMOM

Getting gassed here after set 5.
Gradually feeling worse and worse until the end.
Thoroughly enjoyed it!
