Resting 2 minutes.
Took a long warmup today as back was feeling pretty stiff yesterday.
Had to reset on unpack initially which was followed by a single rep.
Fully reset again for a second single.
Left side lower back and glute not feeling great.
Checked video and looks like I’m slow on getting the knees forwards.
Deadlift 2×5 @ 132.5
Warmup here felt better than squat.
Set 1 broke the floor before feeling way off in the left glute and, for some reason, the mid thoracic.
Check the video here too but can’t see any glaring issues. Maybe not setting the back hard enough.
Summary
Uploading everything today…
Lower back feeling tight again.
Managed 2 squats and a quarter deadlift in total.
Shit is beginning to get old tbh.
