Stretches.
Lunges felt ok but think I can get a better stretch here.
Toe touch is tough.
Definitely feeling it in the back of the knees and hamstrings. Less so in the lower back.
Summary
Long one… Back feeling good today.
No issues on any of the lifts.
Lois is also back on an LP after a few months out.
