Felt light… checked the video and turns out I forgot to load up from 95 to 105!
Hollow Hold
Resting 90 seconds.
All delightful!
Stretches
Hip Flexor – All good. Feeling a better stretch today across the front of the hips.
Toe Touch – Starting to get this I think. Certainly feeling a stretch up into the mid thoracic.
Summary
All good. Skipped the tyre due to time and weather.
