Hip Flexor – Felt ok here. Good stretch throughout the inside of the legs.
Toe Touch – Held around 60 seconds. Actually touched the floor too!

Interview was unsuccessful but is all done and dusted so will now allow me to focus back on lifting.

Tried some of the seated good mornings and got a real nice stretch up the inner side of my quads. Think this could be worth doing more often.
Hip Flexor – All good here.
Toe Touch – Feeling like these are getting better. Still tight across the back of the knee but seems like I’m closer to touching the floor.

Decent stuff today. No problems with the hips/lower back.
