Rep 2 as usual going quicker than rep 1.

Squat 4xx5 @ 122

Resting 3 minutes.
First 2 sets all good.
Set 3 unpacked then felt a weird pressure in the lower back, a little like when a joint gets stuck in a position before you crack it.
Called it a day there as last time I felt that it took me 3 minutes to stand up again.

Good deadlifts.
Also good squats from what I got done.

Keg Clean 5 minute AMRAP @ 40

Weight movement is weird here due to the way the keg is loaded.
Managed 5 full(ish) reps then my lower back/upper glute/piriformis started giving me the good news.
Im not overly concerned about it just yet but will stretch out a little extra today.
