Top set feeling slow.
Some tension in the lower back after.
Back sets all ok for 5s @ 100.

Bench 1 x 5 @ 80

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set felt ok.
5s @ 70 on the back sets all feeling fine.

Log 1 x 3 @ 50

Resting 2 minutes.
All good here.
2×10 @ 40 on the back sets.

Row (SS) 3 x AMRAP @ 60

Resting 2 minutes.
All ok here 3×5.
Repping slightly lower to keep lower back soreness away.

Axle Clean (SS) 3 x AMRAP @ 40

Resting 2 minutes.
Also 3×5.
Using the axle again.

Summary

Pretty good today for a double up.
Been struggling the last couple of weeks with motivation for some reason.
