Resting 3 minutes.
Pencilled in 145 for today.
Took a single at 140 which felt like a 1RM.
Stripped back to 120 and managed 3 comfortably.
3×5 @ 100 on the back sets.

Summary

All ok today after a bit of a de-load.
iPhone 16 launch prep this week with launch coming on Friday so have been flat out at work most of the week. Glad for the RPE work today.

Resting 2 minutes.
Failed on the top set rep 3.
Should have seen it coming after a bit of a fight on rep 2.
Back sets all good @ 80kg.

Summary

No overall problems today.
A little optimistic on the top set.

Top set good and solid.
Equalling Block Pull x5 PR I think.
Back sets all good.
Experimenting with taking a breath at the top and staying tight throughout.
