Bench 4 x 5 @ 68
Feeling good and solid.
A couple of wobbly reps but good on the whole.
Squat 4 x 5 @ 120
Felt rocking on lower weights so slowed down to fix.
Rep 1 was all kinds of noises coming from knees and hips.
Reset my setup on set 3. Feeling a knot in my right lat.
Last set was on the toes a lot.
Didn’t feel great on form today.
Deadlift 3 x 3 @ 130
Set 3 rep 1 rolled. Nearly didn’t get it up at all.
All the rest were ok.
Summary
Ok morning.
Feeling really sore in the lower back/glute/hams.
Not overall pleased with squats but all else was ok.
