Bar rash on the left shoulder is slightly annoying
Apart from that, feeling solid here.

Press 4 x 5 @ 47

First set a little unstable.
Set 2 felt better.
Set 3 getting difficult.
Last set was super tough but moving ok.

Barbell Row 3 x 6 @ 75

Starting to feel heavy here now.
Last few reps felt like form was slipping due to fatigue.
Ill increase rest periods on these next time.

Nice session this morning despite the rain.

Bench 5 x 3 @ 76

No arm issues.
Good sets. Didn’t feel too heavy.

Squat 3 x 5 @ 135

Last warm up feeling heavy.
Set 1 rep 5 was a grinder.
Rested 5 minutes.
Set 2 rep 5 was a killer again. Felt like I was about to pass out.
Rested full 5 minutes again.
Set 3 rep 3 racked as tunnel vision was coming in. Took an extra 5 minutes before setting up deadlifts.

Deadlift 3 x 3 @ 127.5

A little sore in the lower back.
All felt ok.

Summary

Long one today. Clocking in around 2 hours work.
Failed on squats but all else was ok.

Top set felt all solid.
Back sets started to grind towards the end.
Set 3 failed the last rep.

Squat 3 x 5 @ 132.5

Last warm up set felt super heavy.
Set 1 felt really bad.
Set 2 was better but still heavy. Rested 5 minutes.
Last set felt off balance.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 140

All good here.
Felt way too easy!

Summary

Slow star this morning but feeling good after pressing.
Squat feeling mega heavy on first working set but settled for sets 2 and 3.
Deadlift PR felt too easy!

Feeling good and solid today.
Didn’t feel much on the toes.

Bench 4 x 5 @ 67

No arm issues as yet.
Felt ok. A little achey on the left tricep but not enough to feel like an issue.

Barbell Row 3 x 6 @ 72.5

All good and solid here.

Summary

All good today.
A little arm ache but nothing worth worrying about.

Feeling heavy but moving fine.
Last set felt difficult but manageable.

Squat 3 x 5 @ 130

Narrower grip today. Felt ok.
Set 1 last rep rocked way forwards. Felt super heavy.
Set 2 more solid but struggling to get a breath at the top on the last 2 reps.
Set 3 felt best of the lot.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 126

Mild ache in the lower back after squats.
Hip flexor stretches between sets eased the ache a little.

Summary

Not bad this morning.
Back ache gone completely after deadlifts.
Squats feeling heavy but moving ok.
