Squat 3 x 5 @ 127.5
Last couple of warm up reps feeling heavy.
Set 1 last rep moved slow.
Set 2 feeling super heavy. For is defo off at points.
Set 3 was best of the lot but last rep was off.
More psychological on this one.
Bench 5 x 3 @ 76
Acheyness in the left shoulder during warmups at 60kg, same on 70kg.
Set 1 felt more achey after rep 1.
Set 2 failed on the descent of rep 1. Left arm failed.
Descent was controlled but was unable to push up. Rested 5 minutes.
Set 3 and 4 were ok.
Last set cautious.
Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 137.5
Feeling heavy but moved fine.
Summary
Interesting morning.
Squat felt heavy but not much of an issue.
