Bit of a change on the circuit due to space this week. Got scaffolding up the side of the house for some roof repairs.

Tight in the hip flexor today especially on the right side.

Set 1 used the bench for balance.
Set 2 balanced off the floor.
Set 3 with +5kg. Found the extra balance variable slightly more difficult but managed ok.
Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 felt like it was over too quickly.
Back sets 7 and 6 @ 90kg with no issues.
No problems overall today.
