Top set all good.
10 reps on the back set. Also feeling good.

Press 1 x 1 @ 60

Resting 2 minutes.
Ok top single. A little sticky but went up ok.
2×6 on the back sets.

Summary

Took Monday off lifting after 3 days of 20k+ steps at work.
Getting tired of feeling tired at the minute.
Lifts today all moving nicely once I got out there.

All feeling ok.

Barbell Shrug (SS) 2 x AMRAP @ 60

10 reps each here.
Still working these out.
Think I may need to get my knob out the way!

All good this morning.
Feeling less tired than yesterday.

Top set feeling ok but legs still tired from nearly 20k at work yesterday.
8/8 on the back sets also feeling ok.

Bench 1 x 3 @ 90

Resting 3 minutes.
Top set feeling good and solid here.
Back sets 8/7. All good.

Summary

No major issues today.
Dealing with a little fatigue from work yesterday but didn’t feel too bad overall.

Belt may have been a little low.
10 on the back set all feeling pretty good.

Resting 2 minutes.
Top set felt pretty good.
Initial launch was off ended up being kinda strict… probably should have reset.
All good on the back sets. 10/10.

Summary

All good this morning.
No real issues on any lifts.
Looking forward to a chat with Andrew tomorrow.

Moving nicely.
Switched to push press after around 8 reps on each.

Barbell Row 3 x AMRAP @ 60

Resting 3 minutes.

Felt ok here.

Barbell Shrug 2 x AMRAP @ 60

No resting. Super set with Rows.
2×10.
Not 100% sure on the movement but these felt ok.

Summary

Decent lunch time session today.
All wet but all good.
