Top set all good again.
10/10 on the back sets.
Not as awful as squat AMRAPs.

Summary

All good today.
Cold but bright and moving nicely.
May have been a little conservative on RPEs.
AMRAP Squats are… fun?

No problems on the top set.
10/9 on the back sets.
Last rep of the back set fell too low.

Summary

Everything wet this morning.
All good overall.

Feeling good but heavy on the push press portion here.

Felt ok considering its been 10 days.
No issues.

Doubled yesterday and today.
Good to be moving again even if its only a bit.

Deceptively difficult on set 1.
Set 2 felt better one I knew what to expect.
Set 3 bets of the lot.

Press 5 x 5 @ 52

Resting 2 minutes.
Last set feeling good and solid still.
Slowing a little on last reps.

Summary

No issues today.
Axle Block Pull was an interesting one.

10/9. Tiring quickly here.

Resting 2 minutes.
Felt like these were heavier then 120.
S3 started on the toes but think i managed to correct.

Bench 4 x 5 @ 87.5

Resting 3 minutes.
Feeling heavy again here.
Last set was tougher. Don’t think I’d have managed 5×5.

Summary

Doubling up today.
Final physio appointment was yesterday and hit me pretty hard.
Still not 100% so skipped accessories and Yoke to focus on the main lifts.
