Hip Flexor – All good. Feeling a better stretch today across the front of the hips.

Toe Touch – Starting to get this I think. Certainly feeling a stretch up into the mid thoracic.

Summary

All good. Skipped the tyre due to time and weather.

Sandbag Over Shoulder 5 minute AMRAP

Managed 2 reps before left glute started complaining so noped out after feeling that.
Think the pick on this is probably way too low.

Stretches

Hip Flexor – Feeling ok here today. Reckon I can still get a better stretch so will experiment with some general body positioning here.

Toe Touch – Physio advised not to fully lock the knees here so I’m trying a soft lockout. Feeling more of a stretch in the lower back and hamstrings as opposed to across the back of the knee.

Summary

Not bad overall.
A little annoyed at the sandbag.
Everything else ok.

Feeling a little tight in the left glute.

All ok here. Feeling progressively more difficult.

Tyre Flip 5 minute AMRAP
24 Flips.
Trying different techniques.
Heels down/heels up/high hips etc.
A little slippy under foot on a couple but felt ok overall.

Stretches
Hip Flexors – Feeling better today.
Might need to get a thicker pad for my knees!

Toe Touch – Did 2 rounds.
Back of the knees feeling the most stretch. Not a massive fan of how that feels but the whole chain feels better after.
