All ok here too but dropping reps much quicker.

All good this morning. Doubled up due to a shift swap for yesterday.
Bit of a sore throat starting this morning so hopefully that doesn’t progress too far.
No issues on any of the lifts.

Ok here.
Lower back was heating up towards the end of the last set in the same way it does before it starts spasming.
Eased off immediately after the last set so I’m not too worried right now.
Will continue to monitor and report any changes.
