Not bad overall here.

Some balance issues on press but putting that down to fatigue.

Rows feeling a little tight again across the left hip but moved ok.

Sill don’t know how i feel about shrugs.

Reasonable morning despite the weather being both cold and wet.

Had to talk myself through the entire rep on this one.
Moved slowly but moved.
5/3 on the back sets @ 90.

Summary

Pretty pleased with this morning.
Everything moving nicely.
