All good here.
Still experimenting with where to breath before the press.
Sunglasses for function when looking straight up as well as increase of coolness factor.

Summary

No problems today.
Bit of open sky work today until i can trim the pallets down.
Still on the look out for some crash pads/car tyres for the log.
A little residual soreness from the sports massage table yesterday but nothing preventing the work.

Feeling heavy today.
Moving ok though.

Axle Continental Clean and Press 5 x 3 @ 55

Resting at least 2 minutes.
A few failed reps here.
Only 2 full reps on set 1. Second rep couldn’t get the bar rolled up to the chest.
Set 3 Rep 3 also failed at the same point.
Hard fought single on Set 5. Pretty much gassed out at that point.

Summary

Heavy stuff today.
I’m blaming a combination of heat and travel fatigue but its more likely just being crap at the movements!
Got a little better at least.

Resting until recovered.
Rounded up to 40kg as I wasn’t using the log.
Should have rested longer as second set blew out quicker.
All good though.

Had planned the full 10 minutes but it’s way hot in this place.

Bonus work because they had dumbbells and I don’t.
