Interesting one here.
Push up all good but noticed the arms fatiguing quickly.
Still working out good grip on the tyre. One side is easier than the other but I guess that’s the point.
Good run overall.

Warmups feeling good. Didn’t time rest periods between singles working up.

Loaded up 170 then saw on my board that was my previous 1RM so added an extra kilo!

Completely forgot all the back off sets!

Squat 10×2 @ 97.5

Warmups all good. Rested 90 secs.

Feeling nice and solid.

No problems.

Summary

All good this morning despite looking tired!
Maybe I was tired as I completely forgot to do any back sets during the deadlifts.
Everything else moving fine.

Good and steady. Fatiguing on the last few reps.

No problems here.

Post work work again.
No real issues.
Failed press but I think with a hip pop it would go up fine.

Warmups all good. Rested 4 minutes.

Feeling a little tight in the hip flexors this morning so took a slow steady warmup.
Failed the top set. Managed 1 rep then bottomed out on rep 2.
Back set felt ok but moving onto my toes a fair bit.

Deadlift 3×5 @ 142

Warmups all good. Rested 3 minutes.

Set 1 feeling slow and heavy.
Set 2 did 1 rep then left it.
Set 2 did one full rep again and failed on rep 2.

Feeling like my legs didn’t want to move it today.

Chins 12 Minute AMRAP @ BW

Pretty good here. No issues. 14 reps total.

Summary

Everything feeling super heavy today.
Failing both main lifts.
Skipped the run as work asked me in early.

Set 2 a little uncomfortable on the initial setup be moved well enough after a fidget.

Set 1 was real smooth.
Set 5 Rep 5 got a bit wobbly!

Really fatigued after around 25-30.

Tyre Flips 10×1 EMOM

No issues here.
Might have to try on the lawn next time to see if it reduces noise for the neighbours!
