Husafell – 1 @ 100 / 2 @ 60
What a wonderful thing to have someone do!
Switched out sandbags after set 1.
Will keep trying with the Husafell but might have to put it on the front end of a circuit.

Top set ok. Used hook grip on reps 2 and 3.
Rep 2 felt a little rushed.
Back set all good. 6 reps @ 120 with straps to negate any grip issues.

Ill hit the circuit tomorrow due to time restraints with work today.

70kg on the safe press is close to a max overhead.
