Felt super heavy on the shoulders this morning.
Seemed to move ok.
Right adductor feeling off while de-racking the weights after.

Started goblet squat but adductor immediately barking at me when picking up the kettle bell.
Calling it a day there before any more damage is done.
Could be off due to the elongated break in my lifting schedule currently.

Set 1 way off balance. Struggling to get a breath at the start of the set.
Had to reset on set 2.
Set 3 felt best but still light headed at the start of the set after the initial clean.

All feeling good overall. Need to brush up on log breathing technique.
