Top set felt all good.
Back set 2 rep 3 relaxed a little on the chest. Just through fine though.

Strict Press 4×3 @ 50

Resting 2 minutes.
Set 3 a little off balance but no problems.

Tyre Flip 5 Minute Max Reps

23 total flips.
Feeling it in the arms and traps by the end.

All good this morning. Nice and steady.

Went light on the top set today. Still feeling residual aches all over.
Legs feeling tired.
Upper back and arms stiff, felt tough getting under the bar.

Deadlift 5×1 @ 122.5

Resting 30 seconds.
Right glute/lower back feeling super tight on these.
Dropped to 100kg after Set 5 for the remaining sets to at least get some work done.
Still feeling tight but not near as uncomfortable as before.
Rest period remained at 30 seconds.

Summary

Later start than usual waiting for a break in the rain.
Feeling fatigued and stiff all over.
Might need to go full BBQ ribs tonight to fix it!

Warmup at 160 felt real light so thought I’d go for it…
Got a little shakey but locked out ok.
Back set felt good but fatiguing towards the end.

Squat 10×2 @ 122

Resting 60 seconds.
No problems.

A little low back soreness before squatting but sorted itself out shortly after.
