Got an extra rep in today.
Reps 2 and 3 were a grind.
Back set was fatigued but seemed to move ok.

Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 135

Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 felt ok but rep 5 was tough.
Set 2 feeling better.

Summary

Tired today.
Failed on squats again but got an extra rep on last week.
Deadlifts all ok.

Last rep fought me all the way up!
Not too sure I was fully locked out.

Squat 5 x 5 @ 122.5

Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 feeling heavy.
Set 2 felt heavier!
Felt way better from set 3 onwards.

Summary

All good in the end here.
Everything moving slowly but moving.
