Resting 3 minutes.
Set 1 all good.
Set 2 a little wobbly on a couple of reps.
Set 3 all good.

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 120

Resting 3 minutes.
Felt good and solid.
Not quite an RPE8 as I calculated around 80% of my PR.
Hips feel fine.
Feels like the eccentric part of the lift is better from the Cocaine Deadlifts.
Grip is also feeling better.

Summary

Steady morning.
Squat felt good.
Nice to be doing proper deadlifts again.

60 went up easier than 55 on a warm up.

Bench 5 x 4 @ 78

Resting 4 minutes.
All felt pretty good.
Extra rest helped.

Set 1 heavy but solid.
Set 2 rep 5 felt difficult.
Last rep killer. Feeling the weight on this one.

Summary

Lifts felt ok.
Feeling tired overall.
Probably work/lift combo.

All good here.
No hip issues.

A little achey in the lumbar area but I think thats from an awkward rep in deadlift warm ups.
Squats feeling heavy today.
