Deadlift 1 x 3 @ 142.5

Rep 1 was a fight.
Lost some skin on the left hand after rep 3.
Felt the bar roll on back set 1 rep 2.
Last 2 reps felt best of all.

Squat 10 x 2 @ 112.5

Resting 90 seconds.
Going slow and focussing on ass back/lean over.
Hopefully it helped.

Summary

Good and solid today.

Squat 1 x 5 @ 135

Last rep on the top set was slow!
Back sets feeling heavy but moving smooth.

Deadlift 10 x 1 @ 117.5

Resting 60 seconds.
All 10 pretty good.
Glute tightness went after 6 sets but returned after the last rep.

Summary

Good and heavy this morning.
Squats moving slowly.
Deadlift single feeling ok.
A little sore in the lower back/glutes.

Set 1 failed on rep 2.
Rested 3 minutes.
Back sets at 51 all good.

Bench 4 x 5 @ 71

Last rep of set 4 harder but just about went up.
All else good.

Barbell Row 8 x 2 @ 75

Couple of reps off.
Slight lower back ache after set 5.

Summary

Good and steady this morning.
Failed on press top set.
Everything else moved fine.

Top set tough towards the end.
Back sets felt heavier than the top set for some reason.
All good though.

Squat 10 x 2 @ 105

Resting 30 seconds.
That was killer!
Feels good about 3 minutes after though.
Slight ache in the lower back around set 7.

Summary

Good morning.
Deadlift first feels a bit odd.
Focussed on a good warmup.
Squats nearly killed me but I’m still alive so must have been good!
